“el lugar es muy calido y muy acogedor, lo unico malo es que no permiten tener hieleras en el area de la alberca y el personal es un poco descortes, rentamos 2 habitaciones y en una de ellas estaba fallando el aire y jamas nos dieron solucion, tambien fallo una de las tarjetas para abrir la puerta y tampoco dieron solucion pero la estancia en si es muy buena comoda, agradable y el lugar tambien es muy bonito”

“Im very disappointed with the receptionist they been so rude when they know I was doing my reservation by Expidia web, because the price is about 1000 less that I paid trhu Expedia, they have rooms available but they make wait until the last minute, also I ask for balcony and they told me that is not available with the room that I choose, this is very bad experience and this is the second time I bought in this hotel thru Expedia and the first time they give with balcony with no problem”
