“Unfortunately, our experience at Suatis Hotel was quite disappointing. Check-in took almost 45 minutes because their credit card system was not working. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was being asked if I had enough money on my card, which I found very inappropriate and unnecessary.

The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems.
