Hotel all inclusive a Gueliz

“We spent a week here as a family of five (kids ages 7.14 and 17) and unfortunately would not return. Despite advertising 15 pools, there is nowhere to escape the constant noise. Loud music, water aerobics and entertainment play throughout the day, right up until 11pm and can be heard across much of the resort. Even the water park has music blasting all day. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is not the place. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. On arrival our room had clearly not been cleaned...

“We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day...

“Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though).”
