“VERY loud at night right next to the busiest street in the area - very poor sleep during our stay. No AC so we were incredibly hot as well. Room was moldy and musty. Still love guerneville though!”

“We loved the location, the fire pit, the spacious and comfortable home and the hot tub. The house is tucked into the redwoods, is welcoming and has everything you need for your stay. It’s close to some great vineyards, restaurants and shops, we had a great time and we hated to leave .”

“Not quite as advertised. But beautiful peaceful property. The decks are the highlight. This is an older eclectic house, much darker than pictures. Be prepared for a very hairy drive one lane on steep winding path with difficult turn around. Kitchen well equipped, deck has numerous access points. We enjoyed the record player. Guy powerwashed neighborhood fence 10 hours nonstop sitting or stay, hard to enjoy the scenery. Bathroom faucets difficult to use, water hot with good pressure. We had...

“A perfect, cozy spot just minutes from downtown Guerneville. We lucked out on beautiful weather for the weekend and then rain arrived our last night - listening to the raindrops while we sat creekside was just as idyllic as we’d hoped. Thanks for a lovely stay!”

“The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely setting. Excellent coffee is provided. The kitchen has the basics for cooking but nothing for storage and no paper goods/spices so you literally need to bring everything you need. The stairs to the sleeping loft are tough. Very steep and you need to crawl to the beds but they are very comfortable! Regardless we would still return again.”
