thank you for your feedback. we're sorry your boon experience didn't meet your expectations. we are a very dog friendly hotel (we are actually named after our owner's rescue pup) but we have specific rooms that are dog friendly that must be prearranged and others that are dog-free. we want all of our guests to feel comfortable and will be sure to reiterate to dog owners that dogs must be on leash at all times + well-behaved. at boon we believe the earth is a gift, and we must do our part to preserve her precious resources, and to minimize waste. we refill our Malin+Goetz bath products to reduce the amount of plastic that reaches the landfill. the bottles are sanitized + refilled after each guest to ensure they are fresh. so sorry to hear you didn't love our honor bar! we're kind of famous for it and try to make things convenient for our guests. usually, our InnKeepers are always up for mixing a cocktail though! hopefully you will give us another shot and have Jay make you one of his famous palomas! thank you again for taking the time to leave us your feedback. we'd love to welcome you back again in the future.
