Entertaining the whole gang will be a cinch with the open layout of the great room boasting ample seating in the living area, a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows, a gourmet chef's kitchen with bar seating, and access to the furnished deck. Speaking of, you will have a perfect space to sip a glass of wine or favorite beverage in the fresh air while reminiscing about the day's fun with the scent of burgers sizzling on the private gas grill. Make evenings even better with a soak in the private hot tub as the stars come out. Additional perks include radiant floor heat. With so much fun to be had right at home base, you will find it hard to venture out!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
