This modern 103 m² house can comfortably accommodate 10 people (up to 11 maximum). It offers private parking and a secure garage.
Ground floor:
- Private entrance with storage.
- Bright living area including a dining area.
- Lounge with sofas, coffee table, television and wood-burning stove.
- Fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster).
- Utility room with sink, washing machine and freezer.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (160x200) and walk-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90x200), convertible into a large double bed (180x200), with storage and a desk area.
- Bedroom 4: Pull-out single bed (80x190) and storage.
