For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 50 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Guidel, in very pleasant surroundings, close to the beach, forest and coastal paths.. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 space).
