400m from the beach - house for 6 persons

Here is a lovely house in Guilvinec, 400 metres from the beaches. You will thus be able to enjoy swimming, walks and tanning sessions, and also set off to discover the region. Its outdoor space, for its part, invites you to take your time on beautiful days: whether around a good breakfast, good grilled meats or simply reading a book.

Inside, a soothing atmosphere prevails. The living room and dining room in grey and sky blue tones await you for a break in front of the television or to share convivial moments accompanied by good dishes. The kitchen, for its part, is independent and equipped with everything necessary to concoct delicious meals (gas hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle).

The house can accommodate up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms. The first, with rounded shapes, awaits you with its double bed. The second, with pink tones, also has a large double bed, and the last, with the blue wall section, is equipped with two single beds.

Finally, the house has a bathroom with a hairdryer and an independent toilet.

For greater convenience, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a baby cot with mattress and sheet, a barbecue and two parking spaces and a garden with terrace.

Fussläufig zum Strand, sehr ruhig,renoviert

Sehr praktisch u ruhig gelegen, fussläufig wenige Minuten zum Strand, zu Spazier- und Radwegen direkt am Meer, ins Dorf zum Markt, Bäcker, Hafen mit dem Rad nur ca 5-10 min.Im frisch renovierten Reihenhaus mit Terasse gut Platz zu viert bzw. zu sechst.Viele nützliche Extras in Küche u Garage vorhanden(vom Austernmesser über Hummerbesteck u Backpapier bis zum Waschbecken für zB Neoprenanzüge, Wäscheständer u-klammern)- alles sauber, tiptop!Sehr gut zu empfehlen! Einziger Kritikpunkt: herkömmliche Zahlungswege über Mastercard waren nicht möglich u haben zu Problemen geführt, Verwalter Hoomy sollte dies unbedingt optimieren.
