Moored at 200 m from the beach and 2 km from Guilvinec port, this house for 4 to 5 people (4 adults maximum), offers you a beautiful outdoor space with garden and terrace where you can enjoy summer pleasures: savour breakfast, sunbathe, read, have barbecues on the plancha...



The living area is beautifully arranged. You will find the lounge with a lovely opening to the outside, then the dining room to gather as a family around good meals, and finally the open-plan kitchen where you can showcase your culinary talents. It is equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



When tiredness sets in, you can go upstairs to rest in one of the 3 bedrooms. The first, in iced brown tones, with a double bed, offers you an ideal cocoon for a good night's sleep. The second also has a double bed; its blue and navy touches immerse you in a maritime atmosphere. Then, in a row, a final bedroom with a wooden ceiling awaits you with its single bed.



Finally, you will discover a bathroom, 2 independent WCs on each level, a washing machine and a private parking space on the grounds.
