Inside, you enter directly into a large, bright and welcoming living space. The lounge, comprising a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a television, invites you to relax after a day in the open air. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 6 people for shared moments. The American-style kitchen, with induction hob and located nearby, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if at home. On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): a double bed (140x190) and a television

- Bedroom 3 (first floor): a single bed (80x190) with a drawer that can be converted into a Queen Size bed (160x190)



Two bathrooms are available:

- One with a shower and hairdryer is available on the ground floor.

- The second is available on the first floor and has a bathtub and toilet.

A second independent toilet will be at your disposal on the ground floor.



Two parking spaces outside are available on the residential property.



For your comfort, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and the possibility of storing up to 6 bicycles in the garage.
