Nathalie and Joël offer their charming seaside house for rent, with direct beach access. The house, with its two gardens and furnished terraces facing southwest, allows you to spend your holidays or weekends outdoors.

For this, we offer you the following:
On the first floor: an open-plan living area (kitchen-living room-dining room), bedroom #1 (double bed), 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom #2 (2 single beds), bedroom #3 (double bed), 1 bathroom with toilet.
Outside: private parking, two gardens, each with a south-facing terrace and a west-facing terrace, a garden shed for storing your bicycles (available for rent) and fishing equipment (provided for your use).

Thanks to its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to Sleeps 6-8 people (two double beds, two single beds, and a sofa bed) and enjoy a convivial stay thanks to the large open-plan living area. Location and activities: The house's location allows you to enjoy peace and quiet and the immediate proximity to the coastline, all-inclusive price. The house is located in the seaside resort of Guissény, a small Breton town on the Côte des Légendes (Coast of Legends). You can enjoy the Breton landscape, with its fine sandy beaches and rocky coastline, particularly through hikes around the Guissény pond, a Natura 2000 protected site, or along the GR34 coastal paths located nearby. Rich in diversity, the department also offers numerous listed tourist sites, amusement parks, water sports centers, surf schools, equestrian centers, restaurants, and markets. Services and amenities: Upon your arrival, all requested beds will be made up. You will also have towels provided. The house has all the necessary equipment for young children: a travel cot, a high chair, and a safety gate on the stairs. Living just a few kilometers away, we are available to guide you and advise you on activities during or before your vacation (good addresses and tips). For rainy days or to liven up your evenings, you will find board games, a library, a television, and Wi-Fi access (fiber optic). Instructions: We remind you that parties (birthdays, stag/hen parties, or other) are prohibited in this house. The accommodations are non-smoking.

Price:
The displayed price is fixed and includes all bed linens, towels, cleaning fees, tourist tax, etc. No additional charges will be applied, except for any potential overcharge corresponding to the electricity consumption incurred by charging an electric vehicle.
