In Gujan-Mestras, on a site steeped in history where an oyster farm once stood—the true heart of a family business dedicated to preparing and shipping oysters from the Arcachon Basin—now stands an elegant seaside cottage, designed to accommodate up to four people in an authentic yet refined setting. Ideally located between a working oyster reserve, where oyster farmers perpetuate their expertise, and the iconic route of Gujan's seven ports, this unique location promises a complete immersion in the spirit of the Basin. A rare setting, blending tradition and a change of scenery, for an unforgettable holiday. Built in 2017, the Teychan seaside cottage enjoys a prime location between the ports of Larros and Gujan, at the heart of oyster farming, with exceptional views of this vibrant and unspoiled environment. Spread over two levels, the cottage combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere: On the ground floor: a beautiful, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area, and a lounge with a sofa, opening onto a pleasant furnished terrace overlooking the pond. A laundry room with a washer-dryer and a toilet complete this level. Upstairs: two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with two 80x200 cm beds), an elegant shower room, and a separate toilet. For your comfort, the cottage features reversible air conditioning, a television, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included for a worry-free stay. Private parking is also available. At the foot of the cottage, the reservoir, filled with water according to the tides to meet the needs of local businesses, gives the property its unique character. To preserve this protected site and for safety reasons, certain activities (swimming, fishing, water sports, barbecues, etc.) are not permitted. Rated 4 stars and awarded the "Nature" label. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity, and heating. Bed linens and towels provided, cleaning included.
