Brand new 3 bedroom home between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach

Relax with family at this quiet and peaceful brand new 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse. After an awesome time at the beach, come home to a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a 65" smart TV with a pull-out couch. We are near Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. Downtown Pensacola, National Naval Aviation Museum, and Gulf Breeze Zoo are near by and many other attractions just minutes away. We are looking forward to hosting you and we know that you and your family will have a fantastic stay.

We loved Jason’s home! It was clean, beautifully decorated and still had that “new home” smell! The beds were firm yet comfortable and included extra pillows. The owner’s suite is large enough to accommodate a king bed (in which I would have liked to have had but it didn’t sway our decision either way) The bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash cloths along with body wash and shampoo inside the showers. I would have liked a towel hook outside the en suite shower. Enjoyed making a couple of small meals in the kitchen. It was missing a few things that I would have liked to have had— a regular drip coffee maker (Keurig was nice but I needed a little more “fuel” lol) and a pizza cutter. We were so impressed with everything else that these minor things that were missing for me are only worth mentioning just in case they are “major” to someone else. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood is quiet and we ran into a couple of very friendly neighbors coming and going. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars from our family!

Place was exactly as stated in listing. Clean and had everything needed. Wish it had a place to sit outside is the only thing missing. Great stay and host.

I would stay here again!

The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood right off the main highway. Location isn’t too far from Navarre or Pensacola making it easy travel for both beaches. It’s new, clean, and bright with brand new appliances, which we loved! One of our favorite places to eat nearby was at The Eatery, about 3 minutes down the road!

Family vacation 2024

Well when first arrived , it was definitely in a new built community, the house smelled clean and new. I didn't get lost like I thought I would. We found our way in the area. Although it's not a beach front we still had to drive down gulf breeze to Navarre pkwy to see the scenic. My family and I enjoyed Florida and if it wasn't for us to stay here we wouldn't have discovered all the other beaches in the area. Thank you for hospitality.

Great family beach trip!

We brought our kiddos on their first beach trip, and they loved our beach house! The house was clean and comfortable, and we weren’t too far from restaurants and stuff to do. It was a little drive to the beach, but not too bad. We were looking for a quiet and restful time at the beach, and we got it!
