The bay here is shallow and calm, perfect for wading and splashing, and we’ve even set up a volleyball net in the water for the kind of laughter-filled games everyone remembers.

Adventure is easy and effortless: kayaks and canoes are ready for exploring, crab traps are provided for catching your own blue crabs, and there’s plenty of space to slow down too—nap in the hammock, or let the kids swing high under the shade of the oak trees on the large outdoor swing. And after a day in the sun and salt air, rinse off in the private outdoor shower tucked beneath the oak trees, featuring both hot and cold running water for a truly refreshing (and surprisingly luxurious) finish to the day.

Inside, the cottage is designed for gathering. You’ll find a large living room with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, unwind, and reconnect. Meals and game nights are made for your crew with a dining table that seats 12. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and groups:

• Bunk room that sleeps 6 (two bunks with twin beds on top and full beds on bottom)
And don’t forget the cottage favorite: the adorable sunroom overlooking the bay, with two twin beds for afternoon naps and a cozy sitting area that’s perfect for quiet mornings, late-night reading, and daydreaming out the windows at the water.

When the day winds down, head outside for classic vacation evenings—gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows while the sunset fades, or host a family-style feast at the 10-foot outdoor table made for big meals and bigger conversations.
