“The facility from the outside, didn’t look all that appealing, neither did the lobby. Everything was clean though, the lobby, bathroom in the lobby, rooms, beds, bathroom, shower, etc. The TV worked good, the fridge worked, all that good stuff. “Hotel moderno e dalle dimensioni giuste, non troppo grande. Affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia con piscine riscaldate ed idromassaggio, camera con 2 letti davvero spaziosa e confortevole, con frigo, microonde, cassaforte, addirittura 2 TV, una di fronte ad ogni letto, wifi veloce. Bagno pulito, doccia grande, buoni prodotti di cortesia. Parcheggil e buona colazione compresi, personale molto gentile”

“I got a skin infection from something causing dermatitis on my face. Everything was fine except rude staff when trying to fix the bill. I was charged twice and they fixed it. Then while checking my bank account I notice they charged me again 4 days later. I have no intention of dealing with this resort again after my money is put back into my account! Customer beware!”

“I don’t know if the places offered complimentary room service or if I had to call to request it but my mistake was thinking I’d automatically receive it. The place looks nicer than it really is, it looks like it recently got remodeling done but instead of fixing issues they just worked over it and it shows. The staff was friendly but it only felt like it because that’s literally their job. Even with the discount I got I definitely feel like I over paid.”
