“I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. “Don’t know left 10 minutes after I was there Rome was terrible but people smoked in it. It was horrible so I just went back and gave my keys and I left.”

“Room smelled like animal urine upon arrival. There was multiple little centipedes in the floor, the sheets and mattress was soured smelling, lots of traffic noise and people noise all time of the day and night”
