“The room was clean. The smell in the hotel was musty. There is no staff. have to call to check in. I paid for an upgraded room and was not given that room or told about the difference in rooms. ”

The view! So beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. We’ve stayed at the HardRock on our prior stays. We have a new favorite.”
