“The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!”

“Room was not cleaned properly. The shower had someone else’s clump of hair in the corner that the same person’s clump of hair was in the middle of the floor in the room. The sheets were not clean. They did not refill the cups every day. We got one new towel a day with two people the balcony was dirty.”

“Floors were dirty. Hallway was the same. Did not look as if it had been vacuum in awhile. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”
