“Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance”

“The smell of SMOKE is overwhelming when you walk into the lobby as well as the casinos. They should invest in some type of purification air filters. Thank God, the smoke smell was not in the room but the toilet flushed automatically every 45 seconds. Just change the flap inside the tank! The shower floor and area near glass petition needs to be bleached to eliminate the black mold that is building up. Thank God, we carry bleach sanitizing wipes. The water view was relaxing and beautiful!...

“Harrahs has changed in the last seven years. It is not what it used to be. The food in this casino is horrible!!! All restaurants besides Starbucks need to be shut down. Horrible!! Did I say Horrible. On the flip side, the best part of the Casino was I won a few hundred dollars to replace what I missed going to these restaurants.”
