“The buildings need updating and their portal software is outdated. Property is pleasant to stay and has great views but needs some upgrades and renovations as the building infrastructure seems to be getting outdated as the years go by.”

“Due to my very early departure I was not able to have my breakfast there, but was given a generous bag of food to take with me. I stayed in the Safari room which was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The airport shuttle was on time and much appreciated. The owner was very helpful and hospitable. ”

“This was very easy coming and back for a long trip. Great breakfast, shuttle to airport. Restaurants nearby. Short walk to a mall. ”

“The bed is hard like rock, for people who have habit of sleeping on soft bed or normal bed won’t find it nice. My back started aching but the staff was nice they offered me to change the room and also provided with an extra blanket to put on top. All in all, the property is nice and spacious. The staff is nice and cordial. They speak Chinese only so you need Google Translator.”

“In the middle of a residential neighbourhood with a shopping centre a few blocks away. Owner picked me up at the airport and was vtalkative and ineresting. Room was perfect for an over-night stay.”

“Poco distante dall’aeroporto ed è comodo per raggiungere Vancouver city, è una bella struttura che si sviluppa in orizzontale, con tanto parcheggio e anche un po’ di spazio verde. Le camere sono moderne anche se un po’ piccole rispetto alla media canadese.”

“Convenient location, close to airport. Room had enough room for family of four. Club Lounge wasn't as expected as i thought it provided a broader range of foods in morning and instead we were given a coupon for the restaurant which then necessitated having to request from front desk that the coupon be extended for all guests not just one. Other than that inconvenience found all staff to be friendly.”

“We were there for a very short time; the hotel is basic but just fine for one night. However, we chose the hotel for close proximity of the airport AND the free shuttle. Upon arrival, we followed instructions for booking the shuttle and were told when our ride would arrive. After waiting 35 minutes and seeing 2 shuttles each passing by from several other hotels, I called back, only to be told the driver was fueling up/changing vehicles or something like that. I asked how long the wait would be...
