“The room had gnats for days. We and the air conditioning did not blow cold. I had to request another room. Immediately after I requested the room. I was given another one. However, the air conditioning did not blow cold air and did not stay on for long. Due to the complaint from the gnats and given another room I just dealt with the air conditioner. I will not revisit and would not recommend anyone to this property.”

“Arrived late in the evening. TV did not work and bathroom was not clean. Got up early for breakfast and had to wait 45 plus minutes to receive breakfast order before finally giving up and walking out because I was not running late.”
