I loved the location and my fiancé was so impressed and happy with his trip. The only thing I want to say is when I fist got there it was a strong bad water smell. It ended up going away eventually but I'm not sure if its something that is always there or not. Other than that I have no complaints and I would visit again.

Overall the rental was clean and comfortable. I got a phone call shortly after check in time (4pm) informing me that the rental was not ready, and was asked to check in after 6pm. This was not an issue since we were visiting family and were planning on arriving later. When we arrived the rental was clean, towels in the dryer. We were unable to locate the remote for the living room, but were able to utilize the remote from one of the bedrooms. This is the second time that we have stayed at this property, and will consider staying here in the future.

We arrived after 4 to an unclean townhouse. There were no sheets on the beds, dirty towels in the bathtub, food in the sink, and dirty floors. Contacted the property manager, Tanya, via text as requested. She said they had a lot of check-outs that day and the one cleaning person was running behind. She also said she would return our cleaning fee. The housekeeper showed up shortly after to finish cleaning. We went grocery shopping so she could finish without us in the way. After about an hour she was only waiting for the sheets in the dryer. We told her we could take care of it. The location was very convenient. Easy walk to the beach

Long weekend family getaway

Overall I would give our stay 5 out of 5 stars, and would definitely stay at this location again. The property was clean and well maintained. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Check in process went seemlessly. We had everything that we needed except seasonings for cooking (salt and pepper) or cooking oil. Which would have been helpful to know ahead of time for our grocery stop. Other than that the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

Relaxing Stay

We traveled with family and friends to the coast to do some antiquing and thrifting and also eat some great seafood. This property was perfect to come back to in the evenings to relax and enjoy the living room while talking and watching tv. The kitchen was great! The beds were comfy and the ac worked great after we had been out in the heat during the day. The property was close to everything we needed and was super easy to get to. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you to a great host for our stay!

Convenient Location

Supposedly there for fishing weekend, but the weather didn’t cooperate. It was gusty winds of 70mph and cloudy. Pros: The house is conveniently located between main Gulfport and Biloxi. Check-ins was a little confused cuz it had a lockbox on the door, but response from manager property was quick…use only keypad. Townhouse was cozy and clean although it could use a little repatches on tubs and restrooms. Sofas and beds were comfy to relax and sleep on. Living room space was roomy for gathering. Easy walk to the beach, beautiful white soft sands for pictures.Cons: If you’re not a deep sleep person, then the train railroad nearby will get to you. A major problem we encounter that weekend which doesn’t pertain to the quality of property, but could be a consideration was the amount of noises you could hear from master bedroom(upstairs) to the outside. From the howling winds to the rude neighbors, I couldn’t hardly sleep the first night. The neighbors were excessively loud…talking and laughing to almost 1:30am on their front porch. Their guest parked behind each other making it harder for our truck to pull in or out and when ask to slightly move over they had smirk and was hesitant. I really hope they were just vacationing too instead of owners there…def not reasonable ppl to deal with. All in all, our experience of the house was good. Nice and tidy, easy accessible for 5 people having their own restroom.

Birthday Getaway

Stayed here with family celebrating my birthday. Enjoyed the stay and found the accommodations as listed. The kitchen was very well equipped although we ate most meals away. Was not able to enjoy the patio however due to the leaves and small sticks. Would stay here again!!

Dance Weekend

A group of us stayed here for a dance competition. Location is great, less than 10 minutes from the Coliseum and shopping needs. Easy access from I-10 and just a block away from the beach. It is right by the train track so that's loud when the trains are going by. Space was clean an comfy, lots of towels and even shampoo/conditioner/body wash available. Kitchen has dishes/silverware but no pots or pans. Gated community, 2 parking spaces and 'guest' spaces available. Host was responsive with questions. Overall great stay!
