Plan your perfect Gulfport escape! This spacious 3BR beach house sleeps 8, has a pool just steps away, and is a quick 9-minute walk to the sand. Perfect for families or groups looking for fall fun or a holiday getaway.

The casinos, restaurants and grocery store are a 5-10 minute drive in any direction. You’ll enjoy 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and sleeps 8, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Amenities include a secured gated community, community POOL, comfy mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, and wi-fi connected with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.

* Your Upstairs Master Bedroom sleeps 4 & includes: 1 King bed, a twin bunk bed, it’s own full-size bathroom, smart TV, walk-in closet.

*Your Upstairs 2nd Bedroom sleeps 2 & includes: 2 twin beds, it’s own bathroom, smart TV, closet.

*Downstairs Bedroom sleeps 2 and includes: 1 Queen bed, smart TV, and private patio deck access.

*Each bedroom includes one bathroom (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs).

*Amenities Included: bath, hand, and face towels; extra pillows and blankets; shampoo, hand soap, body soap, and lotion; dishwashing and detergent pods for your laundry.

*Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs.

*The Living Room includes a large comfy sofa and 50-inch smart TV.

*TVs have dozens of channels to choose from

*The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee makers, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, and a blender.

Great location for anyone looking for a place to stay with family or friends. The location is close to shopping and the beach is about a nine minute walk. The condo is clean and the host communicates the check in process a few days before you arrive and answers any questions you may have making your stay easy and pleasant as possible. Mary J

Nice place, but a couple of issues.

Marco the owner/host is great! Very nice and even though he seems like a busy man he reached out a couple of times to make sure everything was going well and offered to send someone out if we needed anything.There are a couple of issues with the property. The staging of the pictures makes it look a little more modern and nicer than it is. A few of the fixtures have been broken. The shower head is loose where the detached showerhead is, the wash cloth holder falls down whenever you try to use it. A couple of other little things like that. The washer/dryer both need to be cleaned and the clothes we washed there had a weird smell. They're new appliances but something definitely happened with them. Also the kitchen sink smells horrible. The water from that faucet also tastes and smells off. No idea what could cause that but to make coffee we were using water from the bathroom and got a case of water to drink so we could avoid that sink. The balcony was closed for safety during our stay which is understandable but wouldve been nice to know about beforehand. The community pool as well but that wasn't something marco could've known about and he still tried to make that up to us.The tvs are all nice smart tvs one in each bedroom and a large one in the living room with an adjustable mount. Very nice kitchen/dining/living room area thats open and a good spot to hang out.Would definitely stay again.

Spring Break Trip

The description of the bedrooms did not match the actual bedrooms of the place. From the pictures and descriptions it is said that the second upstairs bedroom has two bunk beds, but when we arrived neither were there. Additionally, the bedrooms were a little dirty on the floors when we arrived. Other than that, the check-in process was simple and easy and the location is really nice. Had a nice visit.

Great condo!

We enjoyed staying at this condo and the owner was wonderful to work with. My only complaint was the pool. It was extremely dirty and slim green-we could not swim in it any of the days we were there. So we were disappointed as we were really looking forward to a pool day.

Convenient stay

I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Under the couch when I was sweeping was chips, grapes, dog poop and other food items. I believe something is wrong with the refrigerator cause it froze drinks and eggs. Condensation was dropping when you would open the door. It is a nice quite place to stay convenient to 90 and plenty of places to eat. Close to the beach.

Gulfport

We spent Labor Day weekend and we loved it. Great place to stay. Great location. Felt very safe. Everyone was so friendly. We’d like to make it an annual trip and stay a few more days the next time.
