Gorgeous Beachfront Condo with ocean views

Enjoy gorgeous coastal views and beach activities in this calm, stylish space. This newly renovated oceanfront condo looks out over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and is steps away from the beach. Enjoy all that Gulfport has to offer, while being centrally located between Biloxi in one direction, and Bay St. Louis in the other.
The space
This condo is newly renovated with a spacious and open floor plan that provides great views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The condo is located in the gorgeous Sienna on the Coast resort. Enjoy all of the amenities that Sienna has to offer, including an outdoor infinity pool, an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a steam room, fitness center, conference center, and outdoor grills and gazebo. Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, aquarium, premium golf courses, casinos, and so much more. Sienna also employs security guards in the lobby for your security and comfort.

The condo is a two bedroom, two bath condo that comfortably sleeps 6. The condo has a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and also comes with two bunk beds to sleep children or agreeable adults. Each bathroom has a toilet, shower, and tub. The shower in the primary suite is sleek and newly renovated The condo is equipped with high speed wi-fi, two HD-tv televisions with Roku for streaming, and a washer and dryer. Enjoy gorgeous views from the balcony patio right off of the living room and master bedroom.

Condo rental comes with two parking passes for gated, secured parking in the Sienna lot.
Guest access
Guests check in with the front desk to obtain their parking passes and wristbands. Wristbands provide guests access to all Sienna amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, gym, and other common areas. Maximum of six (6) wristbands provided with this unit.

**Please note that, per fire marshall rules, this unit can only host a maximum of six (6) people total. This includes children and infants. This rule is strictly enforced by the condo HOA, and anyone over the limit will not be allowed to stay. There will be no refunds for guests who fail to disclose a number of occupants over the limit and who are asked to leave.**
Other things to note
Must be 25 or older to book. Only six (6) guests allowed in unit per condo rules.
Parking space passes limited to two (2) per rental unit. No trailers, boats, or RV's in parking area.

Updated and easy

Great decor and location. Nice pool. Comfy beds. Will stay here again next year. Could use some new towels, a luggage rack and night lights in the bathrooms, but otherwise it has everything you need.

Mom and Daughters Era Tour NOLA Getaway Stay

Beautiful rental! Wow, we were very impressed! We could not have asked for a nicer place. See we had reservation in a cute apartment in NOLA for the Eras Tour weekend for over a year, and well, a week prior to leaving for our trip, it got cancelled. We were suddenly in panic mode trying to find something. NOLA rentals skyrocketed to 4,000 and up. We took our refund from that place and quickly went searching for another place. Gulfport is familiar and seemed logical to me for an easy driver over each day. So we booked this! Glad we did. Probably the nicest, cleanest, most secure place we have ever rented. We'd love to come again! Highly recommend to other renters. The view was exquisite and breath taking. We are grateful for the wonderful time in the your condo and treasure our memories made.

Beautiful and Clean

Updated and beautifully furnished, this unit did not disappoint. Everything was in working order, and it was stocked with all the necessities and extra touches. Loved the bed!! And the sectional in the living room was very comfortable. Would definitely book again!

a very nice property

Unit is clean,very well appointed. All kitchen untensils,cofrfee maker,toater,etc. Although no TV in master bedroom, No remote for TV in 2nd bedroom, No instructions for the ROKU ( which we are not familiar). But was still enjoyable. Would suggest a ckeck out check list such as trash ,linens, towels. And what the owner would like the tenant to take care of.

Beautiful place to stay.

We loved the decor of the condo & felt it was very clean & well kept. This has nothing to do with the condo or the condo owner, but I wish the beach across the street was kept nicer. It looked pretty, but there was a lot of broken glass & pieces of plastic in the sand & the edge of the water. Some of the broken glass was broken dishes!!! It was dangerous & that same needs to be cleaned on a regular basis.
