Beautiful Getaway!
My daughters and I loved the home. It was comfortable and beautiful. The balcony overlooking the gulf was so relaxing. There were great amenities on site and the bonus of the beach made it special. I would come again and stay longer the next time!

great location
The condo is great and is in a wonderful location between Gulfport and Biloxi. It could use some tender loving care. Picture in the master bath fell and scratched the tub prior to our arrival. There were some burned out lights, fan in front bedroom on left did not work, knob on one of the doors for washer & dryer was falling off. Owner allowed us to come in early and and was very helpful and responded to us. I would gladly recommend this condo to anyone,

Amazing Stay!

Great Accommodations
The penthouse was perfect for our stay. It is fully equipped with everything you need plus some. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. This project has great security. Cannot wait to return.

The property was nice the fliirs could have been cleaner, the rugs need to be replaced, my grandchildren tripped on them they seemed very worn, end curled on edges and needed cleaning. Unit was well equipted, patio furniture very nice, nice pool area, great location, would come back, definitely

Gulfport vacation
We had a wonderful time visiting family in Biloxi. My young adult girls spent time at beach. My husband and I had some time at pool and walked the gulf line daily. Many places to eat and do in close proximity. Condo very comfortable and well kept. View from balcony fantastic. I loved sitting on balcony and catching the breeze.Highly recommended!

Gulfport vacation
This unit (14th floor) was absolutely what we needed. We were in town to visit our Navy family who had just returned from 3 years overseas. We were able to relax with them and have our grandson stay if he wanted to (he did!) The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were spacious, as was the living area. Access to parking was perfect, the pool was very refreshing, and there was good seating on the balcony, which overlooks the Gulf. Thanks, Sherman!

Girls Trip

Short family vacation.
Had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was available. The view was spectacular. The owner was such an easy person to communicate with and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Definitely recommend it!

Legacy Penthouse
The Condo had everything. Perfect for our two couple group. The views of the Ocean were spectacular. Beach expansive, right outside. They had indoor and outdoor pools immaculately kept. The staff and the owner were all very helpful and available. Weather in Oct was great, clear blue skies & not too hot. Excellent vacation time, recommended.

A very memorable vacation.
This condo was spacious, comfortable and accommodating for all of us. It provided a full kitchen and comfy beds. The only problem we had was that we were not smart enough to get the TVs in bedrooms working. Good idea to leave instructions.

beach vacation
I took my granddaughter and a friend to the beach for a short vacation. The location was great - right across the street from the beach. We relaxed on the balcony, looking at the beach. Everyone was polite and kind. It was a family friendly environment.

When we arrived, the sheets on the beds had hair, mascara, kool-aid and other stains on them. We tried to change them out but there were no sheets that fit the king bed in the condo. When we went to wash the dirty sheets, there were over 20 wet towels crammed in the washer plus hand towels and washcloths. So we had to finish that laundry (drying 3 loads for over an hour each) before we could wash the sheets. I messaged the owner and housekeeping brought new sheets the next day (that still didn’t fit the bed). After the housekeeping manager had been in the room for a long time, she told us her husband has covid! When she arrived a second time to bring the correct sheets, we tried to get her to leave the sheets with us and we would put them on the bed. She came in and told her helpers to put them on anyway. She then yelled very rudely at her helpers who were doing exactly what she told them to. It was very awkward how rude she was to them. She blamed everything on someone else. We had to go buy a lot of items that are commonly in VRBO condos, like Lysol, washing detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, aluminum foil… The kitchen was missing a lot of common items also: measuring spoons and cups, plastic bowls for leftovers, sharp knives, mixing bowls. It was definitely not a fully-stocked kitchen. Everything was dirty - the floors, sheets, bedspreads, bedside rugs, coffee maker, the griddle in the kitchen island spilled grease all over the floor (apparently it had been put away without emptying the grease catcher - which tells me it probably hadn’t been washed), the balcony had sunflower seeds on it from a previous guest, a plate in the cabinets had a green ring on it yet there was no green soap in the kitchen - don’t know what the ring was from. The owner never followed up with us, and frankly we didn’t want housekeeping to come back at this point. During the trip we began feeling sick. After arriving back home we took covid tests and are positive. The property is easy to get to. Parking deck was convenient. The view from the room is nice. The traffic is louder than the waves. You do have to cross 6 lanes of traffic with no crosswalk to get to the beach. The beach is not a pretty “Florida-type” beach. The pool area is nice. The workout room was also good. There is one sauna in the men’s room and one in the women’s room of the neighboring tower. If you’re there as a couple it might be awkward using the sauna together.

I am sorry the condo was not cleaned properly when you arrived as it should have been. As soon as you let me know of the problems at 11PM I texted my cleaners to have the unit cleaned in the morning. I notified you before 9am the next morning that they would be by to take care of your concerns. I had several conversations with the cleaners about why there were sheets that were not cleaned and no extra sheets that fit the beds. There were some employee problems going on which have been corrected. I did not hear from you again until you checked out so I was surprised you thought i did not follow up. I also returned your cleaning fee as we clearly did not meet our expectations for cleanliness.

Girls Trip
We had a great time. The condo was exactly as described!!! Views were spectacular. The only thing that I could say was there were only 3 washclothes. So, most of us didn't have one and had to buy something to use. But everything was was amazing. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!

Perfect family vacation
We faced a dilemma when planning this year's family vacation. Our kids wanted to see the beach for the first time, but we all hate crowds and pretty much all people. Plus, there are five of us so accommodations can get pricey. Enter Sherman and this amazing property. More than enough loving space, two gorgeous outdoor pools, directly across the street from the beach, and minimal amounts of people. We literally had the beach to ourselves most days and the pools were never too crowded. Our kids had an amazing time splashing in the ocean, playing in the sand, and swimming for days in the pool. Needless to say, it was worth the 14 hour drive. All the staff at the complex were incredibly nice and helpful. Sherman's condo is gorgeous, convenient, and has the best view on Beach Blvd. Parking was super easy and convenient. Everything is within a fifteen minute drive. Could not be happier with our experience.

Staying in the penthouse condo was wonderful!! It is very high end and beautifully decorated!!!! Gorgeous views and kitchen fully stocked! The owner could not be nicer and check in and out procedure was very good! We enjoyed the indoor hot tub! Would definitely recommend for any family!!!

Lovely get-away
This penthouse condo was a very lovely and comfortable place to relax. The views were gorgeous. Accommodations were quite ample with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was a great size and well equipped. Plenty of seating for 7 people at least. Had an ice machine and a wet bar nicely stocked with bar ware. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute there.

Beautiful condo with excellent view .
Sherman’s condo is without a doubt the best place we have stayed thus far. More than enough room for just the two of us and plenty enough room for a large group. Beds are comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen full equipped with everything you could possibly need. The fitness center is perfect for a good workout . And the view is fantastic.

Loved the condo. Everything was perfect. One remote was missing out of the bed room, the tv in the master bed has lined going across the top of it, and looks like a leak in the master bath above the tub. But that didn't stop us from having the best time.

Nice stay
Easy checkin and good location. Two things that could be improved is a new lock on the door or maybe change to a keyless entry. We had two of our keys that would not open and security had to open for us. That was stressful.. Also the unit could use towels and face rags. The master bath had two towels and no face rags. Other than that it was nice.

We were on a girls trip to attend the Peter Anderson Art Festival. The location was perfect for hooking up with my daughter who lives in Gulfport and all of the activities and restaurants we wanted to try! I would highly recommend.

It was footsteps away from the beach and we loved that the pool area looked out over the beach and ocean. Communication with the owner was fantastic and able to answer questions quickly. We even got to check in early upon an early arrival. Interior is a little dated and there are some ceiling issues possible due to the recent hurricane/tropical storm in the area. Overall a good location and centrally located to all there is to do. We even went over to New Orleans for the day and it was a quick and easy drive.
