“Older property. Perfect for our 1 night needs. Do not recommend staying here if you are looking for beach time. It's too close to the port/marina. Perfect location if wanting to take the Water Taxi to Ship Island for the day. Easy accessible parking. Restaurants near by with a short easy drive.”

“The hotel is easy, convenient and beautiful across from the beach. We enjoyed our stay but wish it had been a little cleaner. I am sure the rooms are turned over quickly this time of year, but there was old food in our fridge and old fries under the bed. The bathroom was nice but could have been cleaner. The wall had mold on the wallpaper and the artwork in the room was also molded. I am sure with the hot summer climate these things happen but mold is always a concern. It is an older hotel that...

“This property is GREAT! The only complaint we have is that there was mildew on the a/c vent and on a lampshade in room 6112. The room was clean; however, when walking into the room, you could smell the mildew. I suggest the air filters be changed out and the filters cleaned properly.”

“The condo was in excellent condition, everything was as described and we enjoyed the time away, the pool was amazing and the place was clean and comfy. Will recommend anyone looking for a getaway on the Coast to stay at this condo.”

“Room was very spacious, plenty of room for the kids to walk around and play. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and very tasteful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is great especially if you have small children being it starts off at 3 ft.”

“Dead Fleas on my bed. Broken microwave that prob still has the food in it that I put but couldn’t open the door to get the food out. Refrigerator didn’t work. Dog food on the bathroom floor. Would never recommend to anyone. Housekeeping always seemed to be outside smoking so maybe that’s why the rooms were so awful”

“This is where I’m always comfortable when I visit the Gulfport. It’s relaxing and I feel very safe on this property. I will always make this place my first choice when visiting.”

There was one thing that took us by surprise and that was the train that ran right behind the house! On the first night, but we adjusted and had no problem sleeping. Thank you ”
