“The service at this hotel was very poor. During check-in, we were at the lobby waiting for almost an hour - in the middle on the night. I had booked two different rooms, but only one was showing up on their system. The man at the front desk was saying it was our fault for booking on Expedia. We had gotten to our rooms around 3am. “biggest complaint was same breakfast every single day exactly the same, but it was alright we originally took the largest room they advertised which was called a king suite, but in fact it was just a slightly larger room - we wound-up taking two rooms with adjoining door because we needed the space, and also paid for 2 rooms instead of 1 for this benefit Overall the stay was ok, very close to shops and restaurants etc which was a big help”
