“Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! “When we drove in it was 12:30. The office door was locked. I knocked no answer. There was a list with my name and what room we were in so we found it and it was open. Beds were made and everything was clean so we put our stuff in the kitchen. A lady came rushing in saying you cant put your stuff in there until 3pm. We told her we had an atv ride scheduled at 1 and we would not be back until 5 or 6. She said we cant clean around your stuff. We had 1 suitcase and 2 totes. After a big fuss she...

“The advertising photo of the nice cabin is not the cabin we got and booking was misleading. No AC, no water, no bathroom, just the cabin and two outlets. The advertising is misleading as there was no coffee. The coffee house pictured is not open. The people were very nice, it was quiet and it looks like they are really trying to do some nice improvements. The shared shower house and bathrooms are very nice, just a long walk in the middle of the night. It was very nice for having our dog along...
