They said they would see what they could do and never did anything. This was frustrating as our son has special food that needs to be refrigerated.”

“My opinion is it isn’t worth more than $120 (after tax) per night. I picked this hotel over others because it said it has a sauna, but not until I checked in was I informed the spa isn’t open every day, it’s an additional fee to use the sauna, and it’s in the basement of a separate building that’s occupied by multiple businesses. On the opposite side of the hotel is the pool, which is so small it looks like it has the surface area of 4-5 kiddy pools, not joking. The gym is cramped, and...

“The room was large with a king bed and a couch that opened to a full-sized bed. The room had a desk that did not have a lamp which made it very difficult to do do reading/writing activities. We had to ask the front desk for a lamp. The bathroom was large with a glass door shower. Wasted space. The closet was the usual but there where only three metal baskets for clothing for a room for 4. Need more drawer space. The king sized bed had a very hard mattress and extremely soft pillows. “Favorite downtown hotel, hands down. WAY better than The Mayo!”

“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”
