There was not a laundry facility and the air conditioner kept it cool but the filters need changed. Overall clean and convenient location. We have stayed here in the past also and would stay again.

This was just a place for us to shower and sleep, so all the extras here we really didn't need. But the things that we needed worked out just fine. I do wish there was shower soap, but if that is all I have to complain about...

Extended visit in Guthrie

Charming little bungalow. Older, but well appointed. Great kitchen. Conveniently located to the historical district of Guthrie.

Good location to downtown. The bed was firm but we liked it. It doesn’t have central heat or air. We had A LOT of difficulty getting into the place. The lock box was hard to get open. Minor things to be aware of. Communication was ok, most of it was with getting in. A very clean place.

It worked

The place worked for what I needed for the week. I would have like the place to be cleaner. The towels and sheets all had hair on them. They must have been washed on too big of a load of laundry. The floors were dirty and there was only one little window AC unit in the bedroom.

A stay in Guthrie

our state was overall pretty OK there were issues in the check-in however, the team was responsive as well as the city. there were issues regarding the air-conditioning units. They were difficult to use and didn’t really provide comforting levels of temperature. The Vrbo was generally clean. There were some spots missed like under the couches or if we lost something however, overall it was pretty clean. The kitchen appliances could be upgraded as well as cookware however, the Vrbo did do a good job of providing other materials in needs.
