“There was tick in the room, we told the from disk, moved us to a different room, then found different kind if insect. We asked to speak to a manger but we were ignored .”

“Overall was a good stay. Several people in our group had issues with their reservations and management wasn’t helpful. Those that paid for bigger rooms that weren’t available had to pay a higher price for 2 rooms.”
