“The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk's help was very friendly. I would have to say the gentleman who worked on 2/26/26 went beyond helpful in making sure our needs were taken care of. It is a breath of fresh air to have that kind of service.”

I was told I would get a refund by on agent and then told that they was responsible for the refund that Expedia was because we booked through a third party.. Now Expedia says it’s the Holiday Express was responsible for the my refund.. I am wondering where is my...

“Incredibly convenient right next to the Edmond Convention Center. Lovely amenities in the room and throughout the hotel. Sizeable room with great bathroom, microwave and fridge. Easy to park and very professional staff on check-in and out. Definitely recommend a stay here. ”

“This hotel was ok for a short pit stop. Nothing fancy and no special perks! The bed was comfy! Breakfast nothing special the standard plastic eggs, and sausage and breads!! The coffee was actually good. ”

“Great staff, friendly and professional. Good breakfast. Clean room. Great location for OSU visit. Pretty noisy but it's Spring Break so likely in every hotel. Felt safe at hotel and parking lot which means a lot as a woman traveling alone.”
