The property consists of a spacious open-plan studio of approximately 600 sq. ft., along with an equally large rooftop terrace.

It features a comfortable sleeping area with a bed for two, a sofa bed for one, one attached bathroom with hot water, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, A serving table has been provided for guests to conveniently place and enjoy takeaway meals, home cooked food, or refreshments. a work desk, a personal library includes a curated collection of books and reading materials for guests to enjoy, and direct access to the terrace with river views. It is equipped with almost every amenity you may need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan layout is air-conditioned and enjoys high-speed 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, multiple board games.

You will also have access to other accessories such as unlimited filtered drinking water, a first-aid kit, hair dryer, multi-plugs, international adaptor, iron, ironing board, safe box, mosquito repellent machines and sprays, and umbrellas.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment and the rooftop terrace during their stay.

Other things to note
1. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by lift/elevator.
2. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor terrace area.
3. The total capacity is up to 3 guests. The king-sized bed can accommodate 2 guests, and the sofa cum bed can accommodate 1 guest.
4. We have an on-premises manager to assist guests during their stay. In the rare event that our manager may not be available, we will always be available by phone, and guests will have the ability to self-check-in and check-out.
5. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. This is a strict rule and non-negotiable. We appreciate your understanding.
