“Is a newer hotel and everything was clean and in good condition, the only thing was that the pool wasn’t open and it was a 104 degrees outside.”

“I was disappointed with the room. Major deferred maintenance. The bathroom was a major ick. It has an old stained up and dirty toilet that’s about 10 inches off the ground. The bed was hard and had some type of foam pieces for pillows. Very uncomfortable.”

“Reservation not ready, when assigned room at 6pm as reserved, opened the door and room had NOT been cleaned or prepared.... asked for another room, and could NOT give us the same accomodations as registered for. Asked for some reimbursement consideration but refused... Cannot give a positive recommendation based upon our experience.”
