“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. “This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. ”

“Check in and check out was efficient. Room was very spacious and clearn. We appreciated the bars all around the shower. Bathroom was large and very clean. Property was well maintained. Ample parking. Good lighting in the parking lot. Linen was very nice on the beds. Loved having a fridge. Breakfast worker was exceptionally nice and offered to make us omlettes. Waffle was great! Would definitely book this property again.”
