“First, the customer service was top notch. Friendly and efficient check in. Second, two hour after checking out and several miles away from the hotel, I got a call that my wedding ring had been left behind. The honesty and helpfulness of the staff was so appreciated ! Now, the beds are quite firm and not the most comfortable, and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything. The property was clean and space was roomy.”

“Had called about blankets available as pictured were thin bed covering. I was assured that the blankets were adequate. They were not. No additional blankets located. Also bedside light was unplugged and difficult to plug back in due to location under the bed. Will not return ”

“The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area.”

“The room was clean. The pool had piles of sand in it. Breakfast was good. We were not aware of no elevator. I have an illness that causes me to have severe shortness of breath on stairways. We asked to move to a ground floor. They said no rooms were avaliable. There were three cars in the parking lot that night. ”
