“There is no gift store. The breakfast was all cold items Except for the do it yourself waffle grill.”

“This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed.”

“This property was okay, definitely needs some updating ! Had to switch rooms the first room I got smelled like wet dogs, there was candle wax all over the floor, and the toilet had stuff in it. And the hallways on that floor (2nd) smelled like mildew. So i definitely got switched to a room that was on an upper level, this room was much much better !”

“Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. The TV was low def -as in 1994 low def. Bathrooms were beyond filthy and smelled like cat pee. Had one pillow case that looked like a dog had it’s way with it. No breakfast—had a coffee machine in the lobby that was not in operation. Staff was very pleasant but next time I will spend more for a nicer place probably.”

“This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...
