“Emplacement de la maison à quelques mètres du port de Vourkari donc idéale pour aller boire un café ou dîner. Les espaces extérieurs de la maison sont très agréables et spacieux. Nous étendions certains soir la musique du restaurant situé en contrebas et cela était plutôt sympathique . La piscine est grande et la table de la terrasse très agréable. Vue juste sublime. Maison très calme. On a adoré.”

“The home is really beautiful and spacious. Two living rooms, large kitchen and dining table make it so easy to spread out and relax. The views of Ermoupoli and the port were amazing! It is a climb up the house from port as is common for the area. The listing states AC but there is AC for only one bedroom. Windows open up so you can get a breeze when there is one. This didn’t ruin our experience but we felt was misleading that at least the bedrooms didn’t have AC when we were coming at the peak...

“A lovely warm welcome from Maria and her son who met us at the ferry port and showed us up to the property. Overall the property was spotless, the communal space was a little small for six people but the outside space made up for that. On reflection, the house was a little remote to bring teenagers too but if you're looking for peace and privacy it's ideal. The views from the property are excellent with beautiful sunsets every day. “la casa è come nelle foto, molto grande e spaziosa. la posizione è eccellente, a ridosso di una bella spiaggia. siamo stati nella casa di maria in 5, due adulti e 3 bambini in luglio. Maria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia, c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare e disponibilità di asciugamani e teli da mare. all'arrivo abbiamo trovato frutta, biscotti, miele, vino e succhi di frutta per i bimbi, tutto molto apprezzato. assolutamente da consigliare!”

“A unique experience to stay inside a windmill. Wonderful view from hotel. Owner, Mary and her daughter are wonderful and very helpful. Especially, Mary offers to pick us up at ferry terminal, and send us back to port area when we check out. Food for breakfast is also excellent. We really enjoy to stay, wish to stay few more days. ”

“Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits dans ce logement conforme à la description. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Le logement est en bord de route relativement passante mais cela n'est finalement pas dérangeant. Pas de nuisance la nuit. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et arrangeants. Nous recommandons vivement.”

“great hosts, Bernard and his partner were fantastic. great place to relax for two weeks, perfect to reach out to 4 great beaches close by; rental car (good to book at Athena airport) is a strong advice. clean property with lots of beautiful details, charming old house. If one loves to prepare food yourself then you will want a kitchen a bit more complete. but everything else - bathroom, two sleeping rooms with airco, exterior with veranda (schadow) and the nice also small pool perfect to relax...

“We had 8 days staying at Seagull, it was a really amazing experience, like nothing many who stay there, would experience before. Set down a dirt stone path, you are greeted by crystal clear waters and a well equipped and unique fishermans house.
