Bedroom | Welcome to our cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed. It`s designed to make you feel relaxed and at home. Sink into the softness of the bed after a busy day—it`s perfect for a good night`s sleep.
The room gets plenty of natural light, making it feel warm and inviting. You`ll find everything you need here, like storage space for you to keep your personal stuff in and also a very spacious wardrobe to hang your clothes in.
Kitchen | The kitchen is a modern and fully equipped space designed to meet all your culinary needs during your stay. You have ample amount of space to prepare your favourite meals or simply to heat up or store food.
Bathrooms | 1 Large bathroom (an en-suite) including a shower and toilet. there is also a guest toilet which is accessible from the main living area which also includes a washing machine.
Linens | At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.
Laundry | Additionally, for your convenience, a washing machine is provided in the apartment, allowing you to easily take care of laundry during your stay.

Very important notes before booking:
- Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI.
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

One of the most popular modes of transportation in Gzira is the bus. The area is served by several bus routes that connect it to other parts of Malta, including Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian`s, and the airport. The bus stops are located within walking distance of the apartment, making it easy to explore the island without a car. The buses are frequent and reliable, and tickets can be purchased from the driver.
Another popular option for getting around is by taxi or private car hire. There are several taxi options which you can request via app (companies include: UBER, E-CABS or BOLT).
