“We were very impressed with all of them amenities, such as the pool, the hot breakfast buffet, and the friendliness of the staff. I was especially impressed with the text and email personal communication, both prior to, and during our stay. As a tip, be sure to get the mountain view room. “I had to wait 20 minutes to check in because there was no receptionist. The door was locked, and I had to wait outside in the hot weather. I kept calling, and after 25 minutes they finally gave me a room.
When I opened the room, there was no bed, the room was damaged, and repair equipment was left on the floor. I went to find a staff member, and they changed me to another room.
In the new room, I couldn’t even open the door from the inside. Definitely not coming back to this hotel again.”
