“Wonderful resort in a quiet spot of Phu Quoc island. The resort is close to the airport: 10 minutes by car (the pickup is free of charge). It is also close to the main city (5 minutes by taxi, that is 110k vnd). Large and comfortable rooms, with private jacuzzi outside in the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach and the swimming pool are great. The restaurant is pretty good and the breakfast is very good, with a wide range of choices.”

“Hopeless to speak with the staff, someone must be able to speak at least some english. Air port pick-up did not work, the staff did not check up if the flight was delayed (wich it was!) and left without us! After 45 min the driver came back and picked us up! Bad service! and promises more than is true The pool bar was not in work, the web side is not correkt and promises more than is true. ”

“Good experience, we enjoied the resort as well as its location on a nice piece of beach. Very relaxing week end. We did snorkelling around some islands south-east of Phu Quoc and it was nice. Of course it cannot be compared to Maldives or Carribean Islands, but for sure it is one of the best place in Vietnam for marine holidays. Lots of building yards are present in the southern part of the island and in few years Phu Qouc will be unrecognizable, I hope that the island cleaning will improve...

“Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. ”
