“First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels. The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern. The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail...

“Mah... servizio davvero raffazzonato. Il primo giorno chiediamo un cavatappi per una bottiglia di vino. Ci viene detto che sarà portato in camera. Mai visto, l'abbiamo comprato il giorno dopo. Al ristorante O2 ci fanno sedere a un tavolo e poi ci fanno spostare perché hanno un gruppo numeroso. L'ultimo giorno bussano e entrano in camera alle 8 e gli diciamo di andar via. Mettiamo il cartellino do not disturb e dopo un'ora ribussano e ritornano. Inoltre, negli altri alberghi l'acqua in bottiglia...
