This modern holiday home is located in scenic surroundings close to both bay and strait, with beaches, forests, open meadows, and gentle hills nearby. It offers a calm base where nature is always present, and where the pace of everyday life naturally slows down.



The house includes three bedrooms with five sleeping places, making it suitable for families or small groups. In addition, there is a loft area that can be used for resting, reading, or play. The layout is simple and practical, with the living room and kitchen connected in an open space that encourages shared time and easy interaction.



The home is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether you spend your days indoors or outdoors. Large windows bring in natural light and create a strong connection to the surrounding landscape, making the interior feel bright and inviting throughout the day.



A large southwest-facing terrace belongs to the house, offering sun from early morning until late evening. Parts of the terrace are covered, ensuring that you can always find shade or shelter from the wind. It is an ideal space for meals, relaxation, and long summer evenings.



The spacious plot provides room for outdoor activities such as ball games and play. There is also a large fire pit surrounded by a windbreak, creating a natural gathering point for evenings with simple meals and conversation under the open sky.



The area offers many opportunities to enjoy nature. It is only about 200 meters to Helnæs Bay, where the water is often calm, and around 1.5 km to Brydegaard Beach by the Little Belt. Here you can swim, walk along the coast, and take in the wide views of the sea. Note: Not for commercial rental.
