“Al momento della prenotazione , il soggiorno prevedeva pernottamento e coazione . Questa era l’offerta presente su Expedia . In hotel invece hanno fatto pagare colazione . Non prenoterò più su expedia ”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

“Het communiceren met het personeel middels het hologram is verschrikkelijk. Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom er niet op gezette tijden een fysiek persoon op een fysieke locatie aanwezig kan zijn. Het personeel was overigens vriendelijk en welwillend. Er was ook een fout gemaakt bij het opmaken van de bedden (te weinig). Dat werd rechtgezet. De kamer (driepersoons-) was verder prima.”

“We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”

“The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The hotel also let you pack a lunch from the breakfast layout, which helped a lot with saving money when visiting Efteling as well as when traveling the next day. The choices at breakfast were so good! The room was quiet and we had everything we needed. We slept well and we were grateful for such a nice place to come back to after the 2 very long days. It was also super close to an Albert Heijn store which made it very convenient. The rooms did not have...

“De accommodatie was erg schoon, de studio is heel ruim en de voorzieningen waren goed. Minder positief was de slaapbank: die was helemaal niet comfortabel. De studio heeft eigenlijk goede slaapplaatsen voor drie personen, niet voor vier. De vierde persoon moet op een erg oncomfortabele plek slapen.”

“The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”

“Ottima location per vivere la campagna Olandese in bicicletta. Hotel super per gli amanti del genere: tranquillo, pulito e molto accogliente. Il personale e' fantastico, molto sopra alla media per gentilezza e professionalita'.”
