“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered ants all over both of the full beds. It was extremely unsettling and clearly indicated a lack of proper cleanliness and maintenance. I informed the lady at the front desk about the issue, and she was very apologetic and seemed genuinely sorry for the situation. While I appreciated her response, it...
