“Albergo da frequentare per chi usa tutti i servizi di sauna etc e non come albergo di passaggio visto l alto prezzo per i pochi servizi di camera”

“hotel storico di inizio 900, in buona posizione con bella vista sulle montagne. Le aree comuni sono fascinose e ben arredate. Le camere sono invece vecchiotte... mal insonorizzate e con cadute di tono (peccato). Il servizio è buono. La cucina è appena discreta: ci si aspetterebbe maggiore qualità.”

“Don't short yourself by staying only 1 or 2 days. This awsone hotel and its location needs a week! We found it ti be excellent in every way and it was our hub to drive to other "Must do" places. Our roon had the best view of the setting sun on the lake. Strandhotel really made our wedding anniversary trip fantastic!”

“The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.”

“Wires hanging out of wall in bathroom. Could not get consistent temperature or pressure in shower we both got scalded as it would just randomly change temperature to full hot. Furniture and carpets dirty and worn. Cleaning staff placed our dirty shoes on the couch when they cleaned which is just nasty. Not worth paying $900 CAD/night for sure.”
