“It is an older hotel, beds sag but it is very clean, staff was great and showers hot, it's also the best location I could imagine. My only real complaint would be that smoking is allowed and when there were smokers on my floor the smell was enough to be bothersome. ”

“I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. ”

“I can’t say if the hotel itself and its service is good. We pre-paid and when we got closer we got lost since gps signal was inconsistent. It hit dark and when we called the hotel, they told us we had to take a country road, and drive about 45 min in a dirt, dark, narrow mountain road. We ended up getting another hotel off the main highway since we weren’t going to risk our safety. I’m sure the place is nice since the mountains over there are gorgeous. I highly recommend to add a disclaimer...
