Lodge a Hackensack

“I don’t think the property owns a vacuum and if they do they do not use them. Our room was absolutely filthy, floors were covered in crumbs and wrappers. The tub was covered in soap scum and hair everywhere. The desk clerk that checked us in and out was not helpful. I told him about my concerns and he completely ignored me and just gave me a receipt. Absolutely will not stay in this dump ever again.”

“This a beautiful spot, conveniently located near Walker. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms and common area are cozy and beautifully decorated. Gary was a wonderful host.”

“Arrival was easy and I was able to access the room with a code. However the code was not unique and I would be surprised if it was changed between guests. The kitchenette was nice the room was clean however the furniture was very small and stained. The mattresses seemed to be newer. If you’re in the area to hit the lake or trails it’s an easy place to crash.”

“We made the reservation through Expedia, everything went through the right way, we arrived happy, the door was opened, we were getting installed l, a guy told us in rude way that we had to leave, that we couldn’t be there. I show him the reservation and the payment, and he told us that my car didn’t go trough and we had to leave. Everything was right with my card, I called Expedia and they said that I had to talk to third party directly or the owner directly, that they couldn’t help us farther...
