Lovely big room, comfortable bed, friendly welcoming staff! Only downside the room was overlooking the market square which made it noisy after pubs closed! Overall pleasant stopover! Will hopefully spend more time exploring Richmond next visit!

Lovely clean room with a nice bathroom. Perfect for a short stay. Came with tea/coffee, a television and free WI-FI. No mini fridge. We didn't need one so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of hot food and a continental breakfast. No road noise or unusual bumps in the night so ...
