“We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was good. All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and steam room were good. The gym was probably the biggest one I've seen in a hotel. Plenty of parking available. We slept very well here. Overall a great experience and we'd visit again, but have dinner somewhere else.”

“Best spa i have ever been to. Been to alot of spa's up the north of england but this one blows them all away, low wood offers a budget and more exclusive packages that suit your needs. All areas were clean to a high standard and the on site resturant and bar are a bonus. Breakfast was more than what most places offer. ”

“The hotel was very close to Windermere lake and very central to see the whole of the Lake District, which was my plan. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel doesnt have a lift which was a shame and my room was up 2 flights of stairs which was difficult for me as i have bad knees. Parking was good though the spaces in additional parking are a bit tricky to manoeuvre, but possible. The breakfast was superb, i liked that...
